"Former employee of this agent and was terminated by retaliation. She denied me taking my son to the doctor because “we can’t afford interruptions in the work schedule “. Just a few days later, she attempted to cut my hours and send me home early…When I called out her contradicting statements, she then retaliated and fired me. When I asked what the grounds of termination was she responded “we’re just not on the same page”. She then forced Morgan to resign the next day. Morgan is now at a different office…which she tried to blackball him and told that agent not to hire him. I have in turn moved my policies from this office, because I want my policies with an ETHICAL agent. Do not recommend"

While you may claim there’s no record of interaction, I can assure you that my experience with your agency—and more specifically, with the individual representing it—was both real and disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall mishandling of candidates for hire speaks volumes. I would never support an individual who demonstrates little to no experience as a professional or manager, especially when those traits directly impact the hiring process. It’s unfortunate that rather than addressing concerns, your agency is attempting to discredit feedback. I stand by my review.
